Changed your mind? Bring the item back within 48 hours of delivery, still as it was, and you get a full refund.

1. Check eligibility
Return within 48 hours of delivery. The item must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged, with tags and packaging intact.
2. Use your return link
Open the return link in your order confirmation email, or write to the refunds team with your order number.
3. Hand the item back
Bring the item to the vendor, or hand it over when the vendor collects it.
4. Receive your refund
Once the vendor confirms the item is as it was, the full refund is sent to your original payment method.
